Airwave and HerMoney Announce New Podcast from CNBC Personality Karen Finerman

Airwave Podcast Network and Her Money will debut a brand-new women’s business podcast from CNBC personality and longtime Wall Street investor Karen Finerman. “How She Does It” with Karen Finerman will launch on June 26th.

“How She Does It” will dive into all things women, money and power with the world’s most talented women leaders. Every guest is owning her space and her career in unique ways, and their dynamic insider conversations will shed light on what’s really going on with the economy and the world.

Karen Finerman, who co-founded New York-based hedge fund Metropolitan Capital Advisors in 1992 and serves as its CEO, guides listeners on their journey to becoming better leaders and decision-makers. Finerman has been a panelist on CNBC’s Fast Money since its debut year in 2007. She is a strong advocate for women’s sports and owns a stake in the WNBA (Women’s National Basketball Association). Karen is also the author of New York Times best-selling book “Finerman's Rules: Secrets I'd Only Tell My Daughters About Business and Life.” For the first time, listeners will join Karen at the table, listening to unfiltered conversations with some of the most interesting women in the world.

Some of the first guests on “How She Does It” will include:

• Julie Wainwright, founder of TheRealReal

• Erika James, Dean of the Wharton School of Business

• Melissa Lee, host of CNBC’s Fast Money

• Niki Leondakis, CEO of CorePower Yoga

• Sallie Krawcheck, CEO and co-founder of Ellevest

Jean Chatzky, founder and CEO of HerMoney Media says: “Karen is one of the most trusted voices in business news, and at HerMoney, we heard time and again that our audience wanted more of her great insight. “How She Does It” is our answer. Every episode is like a dynamic cocktail party conversation between two women leaders — only you get to listen in. I can’t wait for the world to hear Karen unpack what it truly means to live and work as a woman with power.”

Ben Mathis, Head of Content for Airwave Media says: “Airwave has a mission to elevate inspiring women’s voices. We’re thrilled to partner with Karen Finerman and Jean Chatzky of HerMoney on another fantastic business podcast for women. Karen is a charismatic personality and someone who operates at the very top of her field. We know listeners will love “How She Does It.”

Karen Finerman, Host of “How She Does It” says: “Every episode of ‘How She Does It’ features a guest who is the kind of woman I wish I’d had as a mentor. When we first conceived of the show, I knew I wanted the conversations to dive deeper, which is why nothing is off-limits. It’s been an incredible experience to engage with our roster of A-list guests as they share the kind of insight they just aren’t going to teach you in business school.”
